1. Mints.
These things are only 5 calories, and can zap your taste buds.
2. Cough drops.
These things are gross, and can definatly change your mind about eating.
3. Floss.
Mint-flavored floss gets your mouth clean and makes you not want to eat.
4. Toothpaste.
It gets your mouth clean and burns your mouth.
5. Sore-throat spray.
This is the best. It has no calories, and it numbs your throat. This works extremely well when you feel a binge coming on.
