Update

          Hey everyone, I just wanted to start off my introducing a new segment. I'll start posting 'updates' on how I'm doing. This is where I journal everything I ate, and tell you every detail of my day, and how good/bad it was. Either way, I think it'll help you guys either follow in my footsteps on the good days, and know you're not alone on the bad days.

         Today, for me, was awful. I was doing great the past week or so, but today was a total bomb out. You would think running a Pro-Ana blog gives me an advantage, but it really doesn't. I fall off the wagon sometimes, too. And although you shouldn't, it happens, and you have to learn to pick yourself back up when you do. Because no one got thin by binging.

Food Diary (August 15th)
Breakfast- Two slices of cheesecake. (Kill me.)
Lunch- Leftover Mexican food. (Once again, kill me.)
Snack- Water (Finally was able to stop myself.)
Dinner- None.

          And as you can see, I did a shit job today. No eating for me tomorrow! Maybe the day after, it all depends. I'm going to have to do some kind of cardio tonight, for sure. Today is an example of a terrible day. Either way, I hope all of you are having a great day, and remember you cannot eat to get what you want. I love you all!
